Christian Dior Assistant Merchandising Manager - Men's

- Develop and implement local merchandising strategies for Men's Ready to Wear and Accessories, including Custom Jewelry, Ties, Scarves, Hats, Belts, and Eyewear.
- Provide the regional merchandising team with seasonal buying strategies and product assortment plans to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions on the Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate and provide constructive feedback on products and collections for various categories.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock flow and maximize sales opportunities across seasons.
- Create and analyze regular reports to propose appropriate actions for the Ready to Wear and Accessory categories.
- Collaborate with the retail team to deliver clear product strategies and maximize sales and sell-through in line with global guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team on product launches, new store openings, events, and monthly floor-sets.
- Work with the Training team to deliver comprehensive product training materials.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors and product trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related major
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- In-depth understanding of the local fashion market and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in both oral and written English
- Strong communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders
Minimum of 8 years of merchandising experience in fashion and luxury brands.
Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related major
