Christian Dior Assistant Merchandising & Business Analyst

- Assist the global merchandising team for Women's Footwear in daily analyses and performance tracking.
- Conduct performance analysis and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for collections, capsules, and events.
- Prepare presentations related to business analyses.
- Create reporting tools to enhance performance monitoring and management.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.
- Monitor e-commerce performance.
- Manage inter-zone transfers and restocking processes.
- Analyze assortment breadth and depth by category and functionality during buying sessions.
- Track sell-in by zone and category, and follow up on cancellations.
- Support the preparation of pre-buying session presentations and post-buying debriefs.
- Follow up on wholesale activities, visual merchandising, and store planning.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) from a business or engineering school.
- Prior experience in an analytical role, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macros is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for numbers and fashion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Entry-level position requiring prior analytical experience, ideally in the luxury industry.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
