Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser, Watches and Jewelry

- Conduct weekly performance analyses by product type, collection, and boutique, focusing on recent launches.
- Analyze network results, track objectives, identify performance gaps, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Participate in purchasing activities for the designated region.
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses for monthly performance reviews with each boutique.
- Conduct competitive studies on new trends and high jewelry events to identify development opportunities.
- Assist in the review of clusters and implementation of related assortment reviews.
- Support quarterly sales forecast reviews across the entire product range.
- Maintain daily communication with teams for decision-making on inter-boutique transfers.
- Coordinate directly with boutiques to manage new product launches, including product information dissemination and stock level verification.
- Create product assortments for in-boutique jewelry events and manage transfers.
- Develop sales support tools for events, such as product books and listings.
- Order sales support tools for boutiques, including display trays and presentation boards.
- Participate in and support teams during local jewelry events.
- Final year internship or gap year student, ideally in a related field.
- Previous internship in merchandising or jewelry is advantageous.
- Enrollment in a Business School (Master's level) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical tools proficiency.
- Fluency in English.
- Analytical mindset, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Numerical proficiency.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury sector with a strong product sensitivity.
- Interest in the jewelry and/or watchmaking industry.
Entry-level, suitable for students in their final year or on a gap year.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
