Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser for Watches and Jewelry

- Conduct weekly performance analyses by product line, country, boutique, and collection, with a focus on recent launches.
- Analyze boutique networks, monitor targets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare analyses for purchasing and sales forecast reviews.
- Conduct monthly competitive studies on new products and events, identifying development opportunities.
- Assist in reviewing clusters and implementing related assortment reviews.
- Support quarterly sales forecast reviews across the product range.
- Maintain daily communication with boutiques, facilitating transfers between locations.
- Manage boutique and resort openings, including assortment creation and necessary tool orders.
- Create assortments for boutique events and manage inter-boutique transfers.
- Support new product launches, including product information dissemination and stock level verification.
- Develop sales support tools for events, such as product books and listings.
- Manage the jewelry and watch ambassador database and associated mailing lists.
- Assist in ordering sales support tools, such as presentation cases.
- Prepare pieces for EMEA dispatch, including documentation, transport booking, and handover to carriers.
- Monitor EMEA logistics flows and liaise with transporters.
- Provide logistical support for major EMEA events.
- Final-year student or gap year in a business school (BAC +5).
- Previous internship experience in merchandising is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of watchmaking and jewelry.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with numerical data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship understanding.
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of watchmaking and jewelry.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
