1. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses by product line, region, store, and collection, with a focus on best-sellers and new launches.
2. Assist in managing new product launches, including product information, assortment summaries, and stock delivery verification.
3. Monitor stock levels and implement corrective actions to maximize sales.
4. Develop and provide various sales support tools, such as product books, listings, and assortment summaries.
5. Perform competitive studies.
6. Provide daily support to regions and stores, including stock requests, transfers, product information, and sales tools.
7. Coordinate 'Caravan' assortments to support store events, including tracking transfers, sales, and restocking.
8. Assist with the opening of permanent and seasonal stores, including creating specific assortments and coordinating logistical information.
9. Provide operational support during client or team events, such as seminars.
10. Assist in preparing pieces for shipment across Europe for client presentations, including documentation, transport booking, and packaging.
11. Support the tracking of logistics flows and communication with transporters.

1. Final-year internship preferred
2. Previous internship experience in Merchandising or as a Business Analyst is advantageous
3. Business School degree (BAC +5)

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
2. Fluent in French and English
3. Understanding of the luxury industry, with a sensitivity to the Jewellery and Timepieces sector being a plus
4. Analytical, rigorous, and organized mindset
5. Comfortable with numbers
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of client relationships
7. Curiosity and product sensitivity

Business School degree (BAC +5)

The internship offers an immersive experience in the Horlogerie & Joaillerie Merchandising department, providing exposure to collection launches, action plans, result analysis, and coordination across departments. Interns will participate in launch events and gain insights into client relations, as well as the operations of other categories within the Maison Dior.
