- Support the Fine Jewellery & Timepieces category by ensuring retail boutique performance in the EMEA region, excluding the Middle East.
- Optimize boutique supply and collection flow.
- Conduct weekly performance analyses by product line, country, boutique, and collection, focusing on recent launches.
- Analyze the boutique network, track targets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare analyses for purchasing and sales forecast reviews.
- Conduct monthly competitive studies and identify development opportunities.
- Assist in reviewing clusters and implementing assortment reviews.
- Support quarterly sales forecast reviews across the range.
- Maintain daily communication with boutiques for transfer decisions.
- Manage boutique and resort openings, including assortment creation and necessary tool orders.
- Create assortments for boutique events and manage transfers.
- Assist in new product launches, including product information, stock level verification, and action plan compilation.
- Create sales support tools for events.
- Manage the Fine Jewellery & Timepieces ambassador database and mailing lists.
- Assist in ordering sales support tools.
- Prepare pieces for EMEA shipment, including documentation, transport booking, packing, and handover to carriers.
- Support logistics for major EMEA events.
- Final year internship or gap year preferred.
- Previous internship in Merchandising is a plus.
- Business School (BAC +5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Analytical tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Fine Jewellery and Timepieces.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship understanding.
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of jewellery and timepieces.
- Commercial and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic and proactive.
Entry-level experience required.
Business School (BAC +5).
