Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser for Fine Jewellery and Timepieces

- Conduct weekly performance analyses by product line, country, boutique, and collection, with a focus on recent launches.
- Analyze boutique networks, track targets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare analyses for purchasing decisions and sales forecast reviews.
- Conduct monthly competitive studies to identify development opportunities.
- Assist in reviewing clusters and implementing assortment reviews.
- Support quarterly sales forecast reviews across the product range.
- Maintain daily communication with boutiques for inventory transfers.
- Manage boutique and resort openings, including assortment creation and necessary orders.
- Create assortments for boutique events and manage inter-boutique transfers.
- Assist in new product launches, ensuring stock levels and compiling 360° action plans.
- Develop sales support tools for events, such as product books and listings.
- Manage the database of Jewellery and Timepieces ambassadors and associated mailing lists.
- Assist in ordering sales support tools, such as presentation kits.
- Prepare and dispatch pieces for the EMEA region, including documentation and transport logistics.
- Support logistics for major EMEA events.
- Final-year student or gap year intern, preferably with a first internship in Merchandising.
- Enrolled in a Business School (Master's level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Fine Jewellery and Timepieces.
- Excellent numerical aptitude.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Product sensitivity and commercial acumen.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
Ideal for final-year students or those on a gap year, with previous internship experience in merchandising considered advantageous.
Master's degree in progress from a Business School.
Opportunity to learn all aspects of Fine Jewellery and Timepieces Merchandising, from collection launch preparation to results analysis and interdepartmental coordination. Participation in launch events and client relationship development. Immersion in the unique rhythm and operations of a Couture House.
