Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser & Business Analyst

- Support the Commercial Direction of Christian Dior Couture Jewelry & Watches in developing successful business activities in line with Dior's strategic and quality standards.
- Participate in the strategic and numerical conceptualization of retail activities for large-scale projects, including budget analysis, event planning, productivity studies, and reassessment of boutique clusters.
- Develop and maintain analytical reports and presentations for the entire retail network.
- Contribute to activity management by developing straightforward reporting tools and consolidating key performance metrics weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Prepare reliable analyses for meetings with Product Marketing, CRM, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams, as well as for boutique visits and decision-making support for the Merchandising team.
- Manage and monitor the boutique network (openings/closings) by defining assortments in alignment with central strategy and in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Distribution teams.
- Participate in showrooms by preparing tools and contributing to strategic purchasing decisions from master order preparation to pre-brief and debrief meetings.
- Enrollment in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent program.
- Experience in roles with a strong analytical focus, such as retail, merchandising, finance, or marketing.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in jewelry, watches, and the luxury sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to analyze details while maintaining a global perspective.
Entry-level experience with a strong analytical focus in relevant fields such as retail, merchandising, finance, or marketing.
Currently enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent program.
