Christian Dior Assistant Logistics Manager, Omni Channel Operations

- Act as the primary liaison between Christian Dior Couture and the third-party logistics provider (3PL), ensuring the 3PL meets performance and operational expectations.
- Oversee facility and account managers at the 3PL, providing leadership support and solutions to reported issues.
- Coordinate with the 3PL on forecasting volume, seasonality, and events to prevent capacity and material shortages.
- Assess and train facility associates in picking, packing, and the pack/hold process, ensuring alignment with Dior's standard operating procedures.
- Conduct dock and pack/hold inspections to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Develop schedules and priorities for order preparation and work closely with stores for 'longtail' order fulfillment.
- Supervise and monitor return process management.
- Reconcile information between the 3PL's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Dior's Point of Sale (POS) and e-commerce systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain a solid understanding of current inventory levels and ensure accurate reflection in brand POS and WMS.
- Build processes for monitoring, alerting, managing, and escalating inventory and order issues.
- Ensure the 3PL manages daily operations in alignment with Dior's priorities.
- Drive KPI reviews with the 3PL and ensure appropriate action plans are in place.
- Conduct strategic reviews and analysis with the 3PL to understand capacity and financial opportunities and risks.
- Drive continuous improvement actions with the 3PL and validate 3PL's invoices, controlling operational costs.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary during business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Technology, Operations, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in warehousing operations with knowledge of material handling procedures and computer systems (WMS, POS, OMS).
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management, with experience in 3PL management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in process management, with TPM, lean, or six sigma experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Ability to multi-task and resolve issues effectively.

- Negotiation skills.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
