- Analyze user journeys on Dior.com and mini-programs using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Content Square.
- Produce recommendations to enhance e-commerce purchase journeys from traffic acquisition to conversion.
- Share key performance insights with E-commerce, Digital, and Omnichannel teams.
- Identify new analysis angles through regular audits and benchmarks.
- Act as a reference for analysis needs and share best practices with central and local teams.
- Develop ad-hoc studies to support specific regional issues.
- Collaborate on the development of automatic dashboards with Power BI developer.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a passion for numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working in an international environment.
- Good knowledge of the luxury industry, Digital activities, and E-commerce is ideal.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
