- Analyze user journeys on Dior.com and mini-programs to enhance e-commerce efficiency, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Content Square.
- Develop and share key performance insights with E-commerce, Digital, and Omnichannel teams, ensuring the implementation and tracking of proposed actions.
- Propose new analytical perspectives by conducting regular audits and benchmarks against competitors.
- Act as a point of contact for analysis needs, addressing requirements to relevant teams and promoting best practices.
- Conduct ad-hoc in-depth studies to support specific regional challenges.
- Collaborate on the evolution of Digital & E-commerce BI, defining business needs and overseeing the development of automatic dashboards with Power BI developers.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a passion for numerical data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for thriving in an international environment.
- Familiarity with the luxury industry, digital activities, and e-commerce is preferred.
- Proficient in Web Analytics tools such as GA4 and Contentsquare.
