1. Enhance sales growth and client development within the department.
2. Oversee performance metrics and achieve set objectives.
3. Implement Christian Dior's commercial strategies to ensure service excellence in the boutique.
4. Manage customer disputes in alignment with the brand's commercial policies.
5. Foster customer loyalty and retention.
6. Monitor department performance through key indicators, propose and deploy action plans, and report results.
7. Co-lead team objectives and motivate staff through daily briefings.
8. Recruit, integrate, train, and coach team members, developing individual growth plans.
9. Ensure efficient stock organization and management.
10. Oversee scheduling and ensure adherence to established procedures.
11. Communicate team feedback to the Department Manager and anticipate conflicts by alerting management to potential issues.
12. Disseminate information from headquarters and maintain collaborative relationships with other departments and boutiques across France and Europe.

1. Minimum of 5 years of successful managerial experience.
2. Familiarity with the luxury sector.
