1. Assist in the design and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
2. Utilize market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
3. Manage employee benefits programs, including superannuation plans, wellness days, and other perks.
4. Provide support in the annual compensation review process.
5. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment of compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives.
6. Complete the annual budget and regular revision process in conjunction with HOHR and Country Manager and in partnership with the C&B regional team.
7. Support PCR & ICR process in terms of annual performance appraisal, competitive analysis, merit increases, market catch-up, salary structure, and bonus proposals.
8. Create and submit appropriate hiring requests, salary increases, and promotion forms as required.
9. Regular reporting on headcount, salaries, compensation, and provide analysis.
10. Maintain data integrity in payroll and HRIS systems as required.
11. Support, participate in, and implement HR projects.
12. Manage and support state workers' compensation programs.
13. Oversee and execute payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
14. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
15. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
16. Coordinate with external payroll service providers as needed.
17. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of payroll-related activities.
18. Submission of accurate payroll tax to relevant state authorities.
19. Submission of accurate superannuation contributions to funds in partnership with payroll provider.
20. Review, analyze, and diagnose errors in payroll reporting and finance reporting as required.
21. Act as a key liaison between the local HR department and other business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
22. Uphold and promote the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior within the HR department.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of payroll execution.

1. Proficiency in payroll software (Definitiv) and HRIS systems.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in written and verbal English.
6. Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
7. Ability to effectively cope with and work under pressure and tight timeframes.
8. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
9. Experience with Power BI is highly regarded.

Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of payroll execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
