Christian Dior Assistant Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Manager

- Assist in the design and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
- Utilize market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including superannuation plans, wellness days, and other perks.
- Provide support in the annual compensation review process.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment of compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives.
- Complete the annual budget and regular revision process in conjunction with HOHR and Country Manager and in partnership with the C&B regional team.
- Support PCR & ICR process in terms of annual performance appraisal, competitive analysis, merit increases, market catch-up, salary structure, and bonus proposals.
- Create and submit appropriate hiring requests, salary increases, and promotion forms as required.
- Regular reporting on headcount, salaries, compensation, and provide analysis.
- Maintain data integrity in payroll and HRIS systems as required.
- Support, participate in, and implement HR projects.
- Manage and support state workers' compensation programs.
- Oversee and execute payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Coordinate with external payroll service providers as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of payroll-related activities.
- Submission of accurate payroll tax to relevant state authorities.
- Submission of accurate superannuation contributions to funds in partnership with payroll provider.
- Review, analyze, and diagnose errors in payroll reporting and finance reporting as required.
- Act as a key liaison between the local HR department and other business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Uphold and promote the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior within the HR department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of payroll execution.
- Proficiency in payroll software (Definitiv) and HRIS systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively cope with and work under pressure and tight timeframes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience with Power BI is highly regarded.
Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of payroll execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
