1. Ensure the setup and maintenance of the sales point in optimal cleanliness and supply conditions throughout the service period.
2. Facilitate communication between the sales point and suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
3. Assist the head waiter in their duties and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
4. Exemplify the values of the House through exemplary behavior.
5. Implement and adhere to restaurant procedures for setting up and cleaning the sales point.
6. Participate in the service of dishes and beverages.
7. Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
8. Clear and clean during service.
9. Maintain and clean service equipment.
10. Ensure the sales point is well-stocked to optimize usage conditions.
11. Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
12. Consistently adopt a commercial attitude towards customers, including welcoming, seating, cloakroom service, and departure.
13. Participate in stocking room bars and setting up client welcomes.
14. Promote various services and products available at 30 Montaigne.
15. Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
