1. Ensure the setup and cleanliness of the sales point according to restaurant procedures.
2. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
3. Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
4. Clear and clean during service hours.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
7. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the sales point.
8. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Maintain a commercial attitude towards clients, including welcoming, seating, cloakroom service, and departure.
10. Participate in the supply of in-room bars and client welcome setups.
11. Promote various services and products available at 30 Montaigne.
12. Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
