- Assist the Client Treatment & Hospitality team in organizing client ceremonies during fashion shows in France and abroad.
- Research, draft, and design programs for VIP clients.
- Coordinate operational logistics for events, including supplier briefings and orders, logistical arrangements for experiences, and personalized client schedules.
- Support the organization of client lunches and dinners, including venue research and budget tracking.
- Anticipate client treatment needs globally, coordinating logistics for tools, gifts, and stationery.
- Compile feedback and analyze the performance of client events and experiences.
- Conduct benchmarks and ensure precise budget control post-event.
- Enrollment in a business school or university, pursuing a BAC+4/+5 degree.
- Previous internship experience of 6 months in marketing, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
