Assistant Client Treatment & Hospitality Project Manager

1. Assist the Client Treatment & Hospitality team in organizing client ceremonies during fashion shows in France and abroad.
2. Research, draft, and layout programs for key clients.
3. Manage operational aspects of events, including supplier coordination and logistical arrangements.
4. Support the organization of client lunches and dinners, both domestically and internationally.
5. Anticipate client treatment needs globally, including tools, gifts, and stationery.
6. Coordinate logistics and follow-up for local client treatments.
7. Compile feedback and analyze performance of client events and experiences.
8. Conduct benchmarks and ensure budgetary control post-events.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/+5) with a final-year internship.
2. Previous 6-month experience in marketing required.
3. Experience in the luxury sector is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stress resilience.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, dynamism, and adaptability.
5. Creativity and ability to prioritize tasks.

Entry-level position requiring a previous 6-month experience in marketing.

Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/+5) with a final-year internship.

The internship provides a significant opportunity to gain experience in the luxury sector and to apply and deepen skills acquired in previous experiences. The intern will be fully integrated into the team and will have various responsibilities with guidance from a mentor.
