1. Propose look options for direct and market requests to the manager.
2. Prepare approved selections for fittings and organize post-appointment.
3. Coordinate international and local shipments, including customs documentation.
4. Maintain VIP stock organization with co-intern.
5. Update charts for press looks borrowed for VIPs.
6. Manage garment alterations and ensure items are restored to standard post-use.
7. Assist in coordinating fittings and logistics for major events like Cannes and Venice Film Festivals.
8. Support shopping requests and team logistics during events.
9. Facilitate boutique relations for piece retrieval and fitting arrangements.
10. Aid in coordinating fittings and logistics during fashion show periods.

1. Current studies in communication, fashion, or related fields.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with Launchmetrics is advantageous.
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
6. Discretion and punctuality.
7. Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
