Christian Dior Assistant Business Analyst & Merchandising

1. Participate in the construction of women's leather goods collections and strategy management.
2. Conduct weekly sales reporting and analysis by collection, product segment, and region.
3. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru and stock coverage.
4. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
5. Assist in the development of permanent and seasonal assortments.
6. Participate in showroom buying sessions and assist in purchase forecasting and strategy.
7. Implement collection modeling and revise network segmentation by store type.
8. Prepare debrief meetings with purchase adjustment recommendations by region.
9. Propose the implementation of relevant tools for ongoing projects.
10. Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising.

1. Pursuing or completed a degree equivalent to BAC + 4/5 from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
