Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Assist the Boutique Director/Manager in managing the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maximize sales, minimize stock losses, and attract new clients to the boutique.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring security and compliance with procedures.
- Coach, schedule, and manage staff, merchandise, and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Monitor sales performance and conversion rates daily.
- Develop clientele and inspire outstanding service.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
- Train and manage sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, training, and product knowledge.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Oversee product and stock management, including inventory and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding security and record-keeping.
- Resolve issues affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff toward achieving sales objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and other office equipment.
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, with at least 1 year in a management role.
