Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Assist the Boutique Director/Manager in managing daily operations and sales team performance.
- Maximize sales opportunities and minimize stock losses.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Coach, staff, schedule, and oversee merchandising and inventory processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Exemplify and promote the six Dior Values consistently.
- Participate in merchandise display preparations and exercise discretion in merchandising decisions.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize clientele development.
- Monitor and manage product and stock, including pricing and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding funds, property, and personnel practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
- Ability to develop and train associates, fostering strong relationships and utilizing team skills effectively.
- Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service.
- Capability to manage sales staff towards achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
- Competence in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Skill in effective merchandising.
- Ability to maintain consistent workforce standards.
- Aptitude for adjusting priorities and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to listen and instruct associates.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems, PCs, and other office equipment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
