1. Assist the Boutique Director/Manager in managing daily operations and sales team performance.
2. Maximize sales opportunities and minimize stock losses.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring security protocols are followed.
4. Coach, staff, schedule, and oversee merchandising and inventory processes.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
6. Exemplify and promote the six Dior Values consistently.
7. Participate in merchandise display preparations and exercise discretion in merchandising decisions.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize clientele development.
10. Monitor and manage product and stock, including pricing and inventory.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding funds, property, and personnel practices.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail.

1. Ability to develop and train associates, fostering strong relationships and utilizing team skills effectively.
2. Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service.
3. Capability to manage sales staff towards achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Competence in managing boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
5. Skill in effective merchandising.
6. Ability to maintain consistent workforce standards.
7. Aptitude for adjusting priorities and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
8. Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to listen and instruct associates.
9. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems, PCs, and other office equipment.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
