- Assist in managing daily operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses while attracting new clientele.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
- Coach and schedule staff, manage merchandising, and conduct inventory assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Drive sales and monitor performance metrics, including conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and clientele development.
- Participate in merchandise display preparations and apply merchandising concepts.
- Train and lead sales associates in selling techniques and customer service.
- Facilitate communication between management and sales associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database management.
- Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and returns.
- Oversee compliance with company standards in merchandise handling and security.
- Address and resolve issues affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
- Strong initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
- Ability to develop and train associates effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Proficient in managing sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Effective boutique operations management, including attendance and merchandising.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
Minimum 5 years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 1 year of management experience in a luxury product setting.
