1. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to enhance business growth through strategic client development, leadership, and training initiatives.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize boutique sales and foster client loyalty.
3. Provide comprehensive business updates, including sales trends, forecasts, and competitor analysis to senior management.
4. Ensure seamless execution of store events in coordination with the Marketing & PR Team, aligning with the brand's image.
5. Lead and cultivate the boutique team, emphasizing succession planning and employee engagement.
6. Support boutique operations, including staff scheduling, time management, expense oversight, and reporting to optimize efficiency.
