1. Assist in the management of day-to-day boutique operations alongside the Boutique Director/Manager.
2. Enhance sales performance and conversion rates through strategic team management.

4. Oversee the opening and closing of the boutique, maintaining security and operational standards.
5. Coach and develop sales associates, fostering a high-performance team environment.
6. Manage inventory, including merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV).
7. Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and sales associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize clientele development strategies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record in sales and team management.
3. Strong understanding of boutique operations and inventory management.

1. Ability to develop and train associates effectively.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Proficiency in managing sales staff to achieve objectives.
4. Competence in boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Proficiency with POS systems and other retail technology.
