- Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maximize sales and minimize stock losses while attracting new clientele.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
- Coach and schedule staff, manage merchandising, and conduct inventory.
- Monitor sales performance and conversion rates, inspiring the team to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and manage clientele relationships, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on customer database development.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, including security and record-keeping procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
- Strong initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build strong relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficient in boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 5 years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
