1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensure the highest level of customer service.

3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
4. Coach, schedule, and manage sales associates in selling skills and client development.
5. Oversee merchandise displays and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
7. Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing capture rate and after-sales service.
8. Oversee and participate in department inventories and monitor proper pricing of merchandise.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
3. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

4. Proficiency in operating POS systems and other office equipment.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity within a luxury environment.
