Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Director in the day-to-day management of the sales team to achieve sales targets, improve conversion and grow client databases.
- Coach, train and develop Sales Associates in selling techniques, product knowledge and luxury service standards; set and monitor individual and team sales goals.
- Lead clienteling and clientele development initiatives, including after‑sale follow‑up and database optimisation to maximise repeat business.
- Drive daily commercial performance through KPI monitoring (sales, conversion, capture rate) and by implementing corrective action to improve results.
- Oversee merchandising activities and participate in visual presentation and display execution in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock operations: prepare transfers, handle returns-to-vendor (RTV), participate in cycle and full inventories, and ensure correct pricing.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures including cash handling, safekeeping of property, record‑keeping and loss prevention.
- Open and close the boutique, secure the premises and enforce all security protocols.
- Facilitate regular store meetings to communicate performance, training, merchandising directives and operational changes.
- Perform administrative duties and any additional tasks assigned by management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Minimum five years of retail experience, with demonstrable supervisory or assistant manager experience in luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships in an upscale retail environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a diverse retail team.
- Solid knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory management processes.
- Sound understanding of cash handling procedures, stock loss prevention and store security protocols.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
