1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensure the highest level of customer service.
2. Improve sales performance and minimize stock losses.
3. Open and close the boutique and oversee compliance with security procedures.
4. Coach and develop sales associates in selling skills and product knowledge.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve maximum results.
6. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
7. Coordinate and participate in department inventories and monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Participate in sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing customer database development.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Proven track record in sales and team management.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations and clienteling strategies.

3. Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail technology.
