1. Assist in the daily management of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with brand standards.
2. Enhance sales performance and conversion rates, while minimizing stock losses.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
4. Coach and develop sales associates, fostering a high-performance team environment.
5. Oversee merchandise displays and inventory management, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
6. Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize clientele development strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, safeguarding company assets.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
2. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a strong fashion sensibility.
3. In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.

1. Outstanding customer service and clienteling abilities.
2. Proficient in managing boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping standards.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to train and develop associates, building effective relationships.
5. Competence in operating POS systems and other necessary equipment.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity within a luxury environment is required.
