1. Enhance sales performance and monitor conversion rates daily.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
3. Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for Sales Associates.
4. Cultivate and expand the clientele base.
5. Participate in merchandise display and presentation, applying merchandising concepts.
6. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling techniques.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey essential information.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database capture.
10. Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
11. Oversee department inventories and ensure accurate pricing.
12. Minimize stock losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
13. Lock and secure the store, ensuring adherence to security protocols.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
2. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Ability to develop and train associates and build strong relationships.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Proficiency in boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping standards.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to operate necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.

At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with 1 year in a management role within a luxury product environment.
