- Enhance sales performance and monitor conversion rates daily.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for Sales Associates.
- Cultivate and expand the clientele base.
- Participate in merchandise display and presentation, applying merchandising concepts.
- Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling techniques.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey essential information.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database capture.
- Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Oversee department inventories and ensure accurate pricing.
- Minimize stock losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lock and secure the store, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build strong relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficiency in boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with 1 year in a management role within a luxury product environment.
