- Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for Sales Associates.

- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods.
