1. Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
3. Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for Sales Associates.
4. Develop and expand the clientele base.
5. Participate in merchandise display and presentation, applying merchandising concepts.
6. Train and lead sales associates in advanced selling techniques.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and product knowledge.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
10. Train the team on optimizing customer capture rates and after-sale follow-ups.
11. Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
12. Oversee department inventories and ensure accurate pricing.
13. Minimize stock losses through effective management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
2. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
3. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Capability to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
