Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Report to the Senior Boutique Manager.
- Analyze business objectives and develop strategic initiatives for the boutique.
- Set targets for direct subordinates aligned with boutique objectives.
- Monitor sales results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve targets.
- Optimize stock levels and sell-through by understanding trends and liaising with buyers.
- Conduct regular business updates to the Head Office.
- Develop strong product trend knowledge and provide feedback to the merchandising team.
- Implement and monitor work schedules to ensure optimal resource and store traffic balance.
- Represent the brand within the boutique and community.
- Increase customer flow by developing a network of clients and strengthening customer loyalty.
- Maximize recruitment opportunities with prospects.
- Monitor the execution of Client Development programs and initiatives.
- Ensure the upkeep of the client database to optimize customer loyalty.
- Participate actively in event creation and organization to drive sales.
- Lead and inspire teams with prestige, vision, and optimism.
- Develop the sales and management skills of the team, delegate responsibilities, and provide feedback.
- Monitor and improve staff synergies, engagement, and performance.
- Drive substantial growth in each department and develop cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain the boutique's image and ensure the service standard of the team.
- Follow Visual Merchandising recommendations to upkeep the store.
- Ensure shop operational maintenance standards with assigned contractors.
- Guarantee the proper application of internal procedures and guidelines.
- Handle staff or customer issues efficiently.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to build, motivate, and develop a team.
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury retail industry.
A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the luxury retail industry is required.
