Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with Christian Dior standards.
- Maximize sales opportunities, minimize stock losses, and attract new clientele.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Coach, schedule, and manage staff, overseeing merchandising and inventory processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Participate in merchandise display preparations and apply merchandising concepts.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on clienteling strategies.
- Oversee product and stock management, including inventory and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding funds, property, and merchandise handling.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
- Strong understanding of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to develop and train associates, fostering strong relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficient in managing boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity within a luxury environment is required.
