Assistant Boutique Manager

1. Assist with day-to-day management of the sales team.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service throughout the store.
3. Maximize sales and minimize stock losses.
4. Open and close the boutique.
5. Coach, staff, schedule, merchandise, and complete inventory.
6. Ensure policies and procedures are followed to achieve maximum results.
7. Participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations.
8. Train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
9. Conduct and participate in regular store meetings.
10. Facilitate proper communication between management and associates.
11. Participate in sales promotion activities.
12. Oversee and participate in department inventories.
13. Monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
14. Oversee compliance of associates with established company policies and standards.
15. Help solve problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
16. Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with security procedures.

1. 5+ years of retail experience required, with at least 1 year in management in a luxury product setting.
2. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
3. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.

Availability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
