1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring exemplary customer service.
2. Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring security and compliance with procedures.
4. Coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and oversee merchandising and inventory.
5. Monitor and inspire sales associates to achieve sales goals and enhance clientele development.
6. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing customer engagement.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
2. Strong initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sensitivity.
3. In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to train and develop associates and manage sales staff effectively.
3. Proficiency in boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping standards.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to operate necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity within a luxury environment is required.
