Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager, Fine Jewelry & Timepiece

- Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring security and compliance with procedures.
- Coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and oversee merchandising and inventory.
- Monitor and inspire sales associates to achieve sales goals and enhance clientele development.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing customer engagement.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
- Strong initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sensitivity.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and develop associates and manage sales staff effectively.
- Proficiency in boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity within a luxury environment is required.
