- Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
- Deliver and inspire exceptional customer service.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for Sales Associates.
- Drive clientele development initiatives.
- Oversee merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising principles.
- Train, coach, and lead sales associates in advanced selling techniques.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey essential information.
- Ensure effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale processes to build customer databases.
- Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and returns.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and security procedures.
- Address and resolve operational challenges affecting service and productivity.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
- Strong understanding of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capacity to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and train associates, fostering strong relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling goals.
- Proficient in boutique operations, including attendance and merchandising standards.
- Ability to merchandise effectively.
- Maintain consistent standards for workforce management.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and office equipment.
At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with 1 year in a management role within a luxury product environment.
