1. Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
2. Assist in the daily management of the sales team and ensure exemplary customer service.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
4. Coach and develop sales associates in selling skills and clienteling.
5. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
6. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
7. Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
8. Oversee compliance with company policies and standards.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database development.
10. Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and inventory oversight.

1. Minimum of 7 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within a luxury setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
3. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 7 years of retail experience required, with at least 3 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.

Salary range of $125,000 - $165,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
