1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing daily store operations and sales team.
2. Maximize sales and minimize stock losses, while bringing new clients to the business.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
4. Coach, staff, schedule, merchandise, and manage inventory.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the same in the team.
7. Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
8. Develop clientele and oversee clienteling efforts.
9. Prepare merchandise displays and presentations.
10. Train, coach, and supervise sales associates in selling skills.
11. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
12. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
13. Oversee product and stock management, including transfers and inventory.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies, including security and record-keeping.
15. Address and resolve operational issues affecting service and productivity.

1. 7+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within a luxury setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and brand-aligned fashion sensitivity.
3. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.

1. Ability to develop and train associates and build effective relationships.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Effective supervision of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Proficiency in merchandising and boutique operations.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to operate necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.

A minimum of 7 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
