Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Director

- Assist the Boutique Director in managing daily store operations and sales team.
- Maximize sales and minimize stock losses, while bringing new clients to the business.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Coach, staff, schedule, merchandise, and manage inventory.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the same in the team.
- Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Develop clientele and oversee clienteling efforts.
- Prepare merchandise displays and presentations.
- Train, coach, and supervise sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Oversee product and stock management, including transfers and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including security and record-keeping.
- Address and resolve operational issues affecting service and productivity.
- 7+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management within a luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and brand-aligned fashion sensitivity.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build effective relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective supervision of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficiency in merchandising and boutique operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.
A minimum of 7 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
