1. Oversee the protection of company assets from internal and external theft, fraud, and unsafe practices.
2. Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures to reduce shrinkage and enhance safety.
3. Collaborate with field partners to design and execute asset protection strategies.
4. Liaise with security and intelligence professionals to maintain high security standards.
5. Conduct training programs on safety initiatives and crisis management.
6. Perform internal risk and safety audits, providing solutions and coaching.
7. Partner with Human Resources, Legal, and Operations for investigations and operational assessments.
8. Utilize performance reporting to identify risks and mitigate losses.
9. Ensure timely and compliant completion of investigations.
10. Manage security personnel and systems, coordinating event coverage as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail loss prevention or asset protection.
3. LPQ or LPC Certifications preferred.
4. WZ or CFI Certifications preferred.

1. Strong interview, interrogation, and investigative skills.
2. Excellent management and leadership abilities.
3. Proficient in physical security systems and practices.
4. Analytical skills for problem-solving and risk assessment.
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient in loss prevention software and MS Office applications.

A minimum of 5 years in retail loss prevention or asset protection is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding LPQ or LPC certifications.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.

The salary range is $95,000 - $110,000 annually, with bonus eligibility.
