- Oversee the protection of company assets from internal and external theft, fraud, and unsafe practices.
- Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures to reduce shrinkage and enhance safety.
- Collaborate with field partners to design and execute asset protection strategies.
- Liaise with security and intelligence professionals to maintain high security standards.
- Conduct training programs on safety initiatives and crisis management.
- Perform internal risk and safety audits, providing solutions and coaching.
- Partner with Human Resources, Legal, and Operations for investigations and operational assessments.
- Utilize performance reporting to identify risks and mitigate losses.
- Ensure timely and compliant completion of investigations.
- Manage security personnel and systems, coordinating event coverage as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail loss prevention or asset protection.
- LPQ or LPC Certifications preferred.
- WZ or CFI Certifications preferred.
- Strong interview, interrogation, and investigative skills.
- Excellent management and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in physical security systems and practices.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and risk assessment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in loss prevention software and MS Office applications.
A minimum of 5 years in retail loss prevention or asset protection is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding LPQ or LPC certifications.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
The salary range is $95,000 - $110,000 annually, with bonus eligibility.
