1. Conduct regular assessments of asset protection and operational performance to identify areas impacting safety, security, and losses.
2. Collaborate with the Asset Protection Manager to ensure the safety and security of employees, clients, and assets.
3. Manage and communicate monthly asset protection metrics, including incidents, shrink causes, organized retail crime activity, and local theft trends.
4. Oversee daily operations of guard teams.
5. Research, justify, and report incidents of known theft.
6. Record and analyze all security and safety incidents within the boutique.
7. Update and create spreadsheets to track asset protection initiatives.
8. Maintain records of all asset protection systems, including access control and CCTV.
9. Create and manage user access to intrusion and access control systems.
10. Conduct training on safety and security policies and procedures for guards and employees.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
2. High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.
3. Previous experience in security supervision or asset protection preferred.
4. Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends as needed.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel preferred.
3. Familiarity with Power BI.
4. Experience with CCTV systems.
5. Knowledge of Brivo systems.

1-2 years of experience in asset protection or a related field is required.

High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.

The position offers a salary range of $25 - $30 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses. Compensation is dependent on relevant skills and experience.
