1. Actively contribute to the artistic development and oversight of visual content, particularly audiovisual materials for digital platforms, boutiques, events, and internal communications.
2. Create and enhance moodboards and creative briefs for artists, VIPs, and external service providers.
3. Assist in content creation by supporting directors and photographers, attending shoots, and potentially directing certain scenes.
4. Oversee project production, liaising with external production companies, managing production schedules, and coordinating logistical aspects of shoots.
5. Participate in post-production by guiding directors and editors in film editing and occasionally editing films.
6. Manage budgetary aspects, including creating purchase orders and tracking budget lines.

1. Degree from a visual communication, audiovisual, or arts school.
2. Significant experience in artistic direction and video, ideally in the luxury and fashion sectors.

1. Exceptional artistic and editorial sensibility.
2. Experience in an Image department of a fashion house, media, or agency.
3. Bilingual in English with excellent writing skills.
4. Strong interest in cinema, photography, fashion, and popular culture.
5. Proficient in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
6. In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and social media with a keen interest in their evolution.
7. Highly organized, meticulous, proactive, and a strong team player.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Degree in visual communication, audiovisual, or arts.
