1. Ensure the implementation of Maison image standards across all boutiques in the designated area.
2. Oversee in-store client experiences, ensuring optimal lighting, music, videos, and decorative elements.
3. Manage store window setups and collection launches in alignment with the VM and Merchandising Calendar.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Retail, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing/Events, for high-level VM execution.
5. Coordinate with external suppliers to meet brand standards.
6. Supervise in-store VMs for daily VM activities and manage VM props organization and inventories.
7. Provide qualitative feedback to in-store VMs based on central VM guidelines.
8. Utilize photo-reporting for communication, ensuring high-quality images and timely feedback implementation.
9. Plan product rotations to maximize sales while aligning with central guidelines.
10. Monitor boutique performance, focusing on sell-through per collection and universe.
11. Deliver continuous training to VMs and engage Retail Teams in maintaining image standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a company with international exposure.
2. Fluency in English as the primary business language; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
4. Flexibility with working hours, including late nights and weekends.
5. Willingness to travel for business purposes.
