1. Define the scope and detailed specifications for new IT functionalities within E-commerce, Digital, Omnichannel, and Hospitality/F&B domains.
2. Act as the local IT representative, collaborating with global and regional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
3. Oversee project implementation, managing scope, timelines, and budget with precision.
4. Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
5. Monitor company-wide IT incidents, analyze KPIs, and share insightful reports with relevant departments.
6. Manage and escalate backlogs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
7. Provide Level 1 support for E-commerce and Hospitality systems, including incident identification, coordination, resolution, and process improvement.

1. Eligibility for V.I.E. program, including age and nationality criteria.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1. Fluency in both English and Japanese, with French as a plus.
2. Proven experience in IT project management, application support, and incident management.
3. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Proven experience in IT project management, application support, and incident management, preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality industry.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
