- Handle all cash transactions and adhere to cash procedures.
- Execute administrative tasks including processing invoices, credit notes, and repairs.
- Implement and maintain CD procedures and audit points related to sales, cash, security, database, and gifts.
- Manage the client database (CDM), ensuring data capture and development targets are met, and data is effectively cleansed and merged.
- Serve as the boutique's liaison for CDM/Marketing strategies, maintaining regular communication with the Head Office CDM team and Retail Support Coordinator.
- Organize and conduct weekly stock takes and manage stock movements, including deliveries and transfers across Europe.
- Ensure all deliveries are processed before store opening and support stock movement activities.
- Send and receive repairs to various repair centers and communicate repair statuses to relevant departments.
- Enhance stock storage spaces and organize stockrooms, addressing and reporting stock issues such as theft, discrepancies, and slow-moving items.
- Develop accurate reporting for end-of-month results, stock take results, and other inventory metrics.
- Participate in bi-annual stock takes and annual inventory, achieving set targets.
- Adhere to CD procedures for garment protection, stockroom housekeeping, and security tagging to prevent theft.
- Previous administrative experience in a retail store or office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and proactive attitude.
- Reliability, commitment, and self-motivation.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
