1. Validate incoming invoices using Kofax (OCR).
2. Process Dior US and Canada invoices accurately and timely using a 3-way match in Coupa.
3. Code invoices promptly in Coupa.
4. Collaborate with internal partners to resolve invoice discrepancies preventing posting to SAP.
5. Enter manual invoices directly into SAP as required.
6. Reconcile vendor statements.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
2. Experience with Coupa or other P2P systems is required.
3. SAP experience is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent skills in Excel including vlookups and pivot tables.
2. Detail-oriented and quick learner.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to adapt to change and shift approach in response to business demands.

Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Accounts Payable is required.
