1. Validate incoming invoices using Kofax (OCR) technology.
2. Ensure accurate and timely electronic processing of invoices for Dior US and Canada through a 3-way match in Coupa.
3. Efficiently code invoices in Coupa.
4. Collaborate with internal partners to resolve invoice discrepancies preventing posting to SAP.
5. Enter manual invoices directly into SAP as necessary.
6. Reconcile vendor statements to maintain financial accuracy.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners.
8. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
2. Proficiency with Coupa or similar P2P systems.
3. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to adapt to change and adjust approaches in response to business demands.

Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Accounts Payable is required.
