1. Perform general accounting and administrative tasks.
2. Conduct intercompany reconciliations.
3. Book and reverse monthly provisions related to vendors and payroll.
4. Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns and other tax-related filings.
5. Support payroll booking and ensure compliance with labor laws.
6. Liaise with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and information.
7. Handle reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
8. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
9. Manage and reconcile bank accounts, preparing bank reconciliations.
10. Review incoming invoices according to VAT regulations.
11. Code incoming invoices and digitize and book receipts.
12. Review and book travel expense reports.
13. Code and book fixed assets and all ongoing business transactions in fixed assets accounting.
14. Maintain master data and accounts, supporting payment transactions.

1. Successfully completed studies as a certified accountant.
2. Several years of professional experience in accounting, with knowledge in tax law.

2. Precise, structured, and reliable working methods.
3. High commitment and conscientiousness.
4. Interest in operational contexts and processes.
5. Open personality with good communication skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
7. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
8. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting.

Certified accountant qualification.
