- Assemble various components of a watch to ensure proper functionality.
- Manufacture and adjust certain movement components using micromechanical skills.
- Fabricate and maintain part of the tooling required for watchmaking.
- Completion of mandatory schooling.
- Aged between 15 and 21 years.
- Manual dexterity for working with high-end watch products.
- Patience and precision in work.
- Proficiency in technical subjects such as mathematics, technical drawing, and physics.
- Interest in mechanics and microtechnology.
- Logical and methodical mindset.
No prior experience is required, but an interest and aptitude in technical subjects and precision work are essential.
Completion of mandatory schooling.
