1. Assemble various components of a watch to ensure proper functionality.
2. Manufacture and adjust certain movement components using micromechanical skills.
3. Fabricate and maintain part of the tooling required for watchmaking.

1. Completion of mandatory schooling.
2. Aged between 15 and 21 years.

1. Manual dexterity for working with high-end watch products.
2. Patience and precision in work.
3. Proficiency in technical subjects such as mathematics, technical drawing, and physics.
4. Interest in mechanics and microtechnology.
5. Logical and methodical mindset.

No prior experience is required, but an interest and aptitude in technical subjects and precision work are essential.

Completion of mandatory schooling.
