1. Participate in comprehensive training on assembly, finishing, adjustment, dial and hand setting, and casing operations.
2. Develop technical skills in high-end watchmaking.
3. Engage in hands-on learning under the guidance of experienced professionals.

1. Completion of the 11th year of schooling with a strong academic record.
2. Interest in mathematics and physics.

No prior experience required, as this is an apprenticeship position.
