1. Propose new product ideas for watch collections in alignment with the brand's global strategy.
2. Ensure the creation, adaptation, and adherence to the brand's aesthetic codes.
3. Update and refresh existing collections.
4. Modify and adapt designs of existing watch components.
5. Develop new designs based on design briefs.
6. Create design proposals for special orders within assigned collections.
7. Create and model 3D designs for realistic graphic presentation and file transmission to the Technical Dressing Office.
8. Collaborate closely with departments such as the Technical Dressing Office and Technical Movements Office to oversee aesthetic developments until final prototype validation.

1. Master's degree in Design
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
3. Experience within a watchmaking house

1. Artistic sense and creativity
2. Proficiency in 3D software, Photoshop, and Illustrator
3. Hand drawing skills
4. Fluency in French and English
