1. Plan and coordinate staff assignments, considering operational requirements and legal guidelines.
2. Lead a team of four with a focus on collaboration, development, and achieving goals.
3. Design sophisticated decorations in line with company guidelines, particularly for windows, trade shows, and exhibitions in Germany, Benelux, and Greece.
4. Assume budget responsibility, including cost planning, control, and optimization.
5. Manage reception, packaging, and shipping of goods, including the creation of related shipping documents.
6. Plan, organize, and execute the setup and dismantling of decorations for exhibitions and events.
7. Procure materials and manage inventory.
8. Communicate with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
9. Strategically develop and increase the flexibility of the department.
10. Analyze and revise existing processes to enhance efficiency.

1. Completed training as a decorator or visual marketing designer, or a comparable qualification.
2. Academic qualification as a business administrator or equivalent in a related field.
3. Proven leadership experience (minimum 3 years) managing a cohesive and high-performing team.
4. Extensive professional experience in decoration, ideally within the luxury segment or an international environment.
5. Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to use it for business travel.

1. High flexibility and strong willingness to travel within Germany, Benelux, and Greece.
2. Excellent German language skills and fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
3. French language skills are advantageous and welcomed.

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in managing a cohesive and high-performing team, with extensive professional experience in decoration, ideally within the luxury segment or an international environment.

Completed training as a decorator or visual marketing designer, or a comparable qualification. Academic qualification as a business administrator or equivalent in a related field.
