Chopard Visual Merchandising Manager

- Plan and coordinate staff assignments, considering operational requirements and legal guidelines.
- Lead a team of four with a focus on collaboration, development, and achieving goals.
- Design sophisticated decorations in line with company guidelines, particularly for windows, trade shows, and exhibitions in Germany, Benelux, and Greece.
- Assume budget responsibility, including cost planning, control, and optimization.
- Manage reception, packaging, and shipping of goods, including the creation of related shipping documents.
- Plan, organize, and execute the setup and dismantling of decorations for exhibitions and events.
- Procure materials and manage inventory.
- Communicate with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Strategically develop and increase the flexibility of the department.
- Analyze and revise existing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Completed training as a decorator or visual marketing designer, or a comparable qualification.
- Academic qualification as a business administrator or equivalent in a related field.
- Proven leadership experience (minimum 3 years) managing a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Extensive professional experience in decoration, ideally within the luxury segment or an international environment.
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to use it for business travel.
- High flexibility and strong willingness to travel within Germany, Benelux, and Greece.
- Excellent German language skills and fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
- French language skills are advantageous and welcomed.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in managing a cohesive and high-performing team, with extensive professional experience in decoration, ideally within the luxury segment or an international environment.
Completed training as a decorator or visual marketing designer, or a comparable qualification. Academic qualification as a business administrator or equivalent in a related field.
