Chopard Sales Associate

- Act as a Chopard Ambassador, providing impeccable service to clients and prospects to generate sales and enhance the brand image.
- Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering flawless after-sale service.
- Identify, generate, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Manage and expand personal client database, adding new prospects and clients to the CRM system.
- Enhance existing client details to maximize data quality and utilize the CRM system daily.
- Maintain the boutique in perfect condition and ensure visitors receive professional treatment according to Chopard standards.
- Offer impeccable quality of service and adhere to the Chopard Sales Ritual.
- Comply with Chopard procedures and recommendations, remaining vigilant to physical and cyber security risks.
- Ensure showcases and serving trays are in mint condition and stock is properly handled.
- College degree or higher
- GIA or watchmaking certification is a plus
- Digital proficiency
- Experience with CRM and POS software
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Strong selling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Service-oriented mindset
- High awareness of confidentiality and compliance
At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or luxury hospitality with a strong sales track record.
College degree or higher
Permanent contract with full-time working hours.
