1. Provide exemplary service to both national and international clientele.
2. Engage in proactive client acquisition and maintain existing customer relationships.
3. Drive sales of luxury watches and jewelry.
4. Assist in the organization and execution of boutique events.
5. Professionally present merchandise in the boutique and window displays.
6. Maintain the CRM program and complete all necessary administrative tasks.

1. Experience in luxury sales, ideally within the jewelry and/or watch industry.
2. Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for sales.
3. Team player with a confident, persuasive, and winning demeanor.
4. Excellent command of German and business-level English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
6. High level of commitment, resilience, and a pronounced quality consciousness.
